Set on the first floor of a historic building (note: no elevator), the apartment features refined decor that adds a touch of elegance—making it a perfect romantic getaway in Florence. Designed for couples but accommodating up to four guests, it offers a cozy bedroom with a TV and a sofa bed in the living room. The modern bathroom includes a shower, and the fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils.

Access
Check-in time: 3 PM - 7 PM
As there is no front desk, please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
Late check-ins must also be arranged and approved at least 24 hours ahead.
Early and late check-ins incur an additional fee:
From 12 PM to 3 PM: €10 (€15 on weekends)
From 7 PM to 8 PM: €25
From 8 PM to 10 PM: €35
From 10 PM to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-ins after midnight, unless agreed upon in advance.

Neighborhood
Piazza de' Cimatori is a charming square, well known for its traditional eateries where locals dine. It’s possibly the most central part of the historic district—everything is within a short walk.

Transit
Florence’s city center is a ZTL (“Zona a Traffico Limitato” – Limited Traffic Zone). Entry is regulated, and driving here without authorization may result in fines. Since the apartment is inside this zone, guests arriving by car must take care to check street signs and access lights (green/red).

To legally enter by car, guests should contact a nearby private garage. Upon arrival, inform the garage that you need ZTL access—they will register your license plate with the local police.

ID Required: All guests must upload valid ID via a secure link before check-in (per Italian law). No ID = No entry.
Stays Over 30 Nights: Require a tenancy agreement by law.
No Smoking / No Pets
Quiet Hours: No parties or loud noise. Respect quiet hours after 11 PM.
Visitors: No outside guests without written approval (per police rules).
Cleaning: Fee covers check-out only. Guests must leave kitchen clean and dispose of trash. Extra charges may apply.
Electricity: Limited capacity—don’t run multiple appliances at once. Main switch (white box) will be shown at check-in.
Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Other items may cause blockages and damage charges.
Utilities (30+ Nights): Billed separately based on actual usage.
