The fully equipped kitchenette includes an induction cooktop, perfect for preparing anything from a light breakfast to a candlelit dinner. The living and sleeping area, though cozy, offers modern comforts such as a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Thoughtful touches like soft lighting and elegant decor complete the ambiance.

The sleek bathroom features a contemporary shower for a refreshing end to your day exploring Florence. A washing machine is also available—especially convenient for longer stays or light packers.

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
As there is no front desk, please inform us of your exact arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
Late check-ins must be pre-approved 24 hours ahead and are subject to the following fees:
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: €10 (€15 on weekends)
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: €25
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: €35
10:00 PM – Midnight: €45
No check-ins after midnight unless previously agreed.

The Neighborhood
Piazza de' Cimatori is a charming and central square known for its authentic Florentine eateries and historic atmosphere. From here, you’re just minutes away on foot from all major attractions, making it one of the most convenient areas to explore the city.

Getting Around
Please note: Florence’s city centre is a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), which restricts vehicle access and is monitored by cameras. Since the apartment is within this zone, guests arriving by car must arrange temporary access through a private garage. The garage will register your license plate with the local authorities to avoid fines. We recommend contacting a nearby garage in advance if you're planning to drive.

House Rules & Notes
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Minimum Age: The main guest must be over 21 and will be required to sign a short-term agreement upon check-in for insurance, tax, and legal compliance.
ID Requirement: All guests must upload a valid ID via a secure link in advance, as required by Italian law. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.
Long-term Stays: Stays over 30 days require a tenancy agreement per Italian regulations.
No smoking.
No pets.
No parties or loud noise. Please respect quiet hours, especially after 11 PM.
No unregistered visitors are allowed without prior written approval due to legal requirements.
Cleaning Fee: Covers check-out cleaning only. Guests are expected to leave the kitchen clean and dispose of garbage. Additional cleaning charges may apply if this is not observed.
Electricity Use: Italian homes have limited power capacity. Using several appliances at once may trip the breaker. If this happens, turn off devices before resetting the power. The main switch will be shown at check-in.
Plumbing: Only toilet paper should be flushed. Improper disposal may result in damage and additional charges.
Heating Regulations: Local law permits heating only between November 1 and April 15 (Zone D).
Lost Keys: €100 fee for lost key sets.
Utilities for Long Stays: Guests staying longer than 30 days are responsible for utilities, which will be calculated based on actual usage at check-out.
